By using InstaSwich you agree to these terms. InstaSwich is jointly developed, managed and operated by Novel Charts LTD and Trade Novela Limited. If you disagree with these terms, do not use the service.
The Service
InstaSwich AI provides algorithm-driven trading signals and analysis for informational purposes only. We do not place trades on your behalf and do not hold client funds.
Risk disclosure
Trading Gold and Forex carries significant risk of loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your dashboard.
Acceptable use
You must not resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer InstaSwich AI signals or infrastructure.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Novel Charts LTD and Trade Novela Limited are not liable for trading losses or indirect damages arising from use of the service.
